Gourmet, healthy food with friendly servers and fair prices. Also offers typical breakfast and lunch but they actually make it there. None of the usual restaurant bulk, premade stuff.

Stopped in for a quick lunch before catching the ferry to South Manitou Island for a weekend of backpacking. The grilled cheese with ham was delicious, and they even filled up my giant water bottle with ice water. Fast and friendly service had me fed and on my way to catch the ferry on time. Great little diner in the heart of Leland.
My husband and I have been coming here for years -our biggest reason to drive into Leland while vacationing in Glen Arbor - but we were beyond disappointed this past summer with the drastic change to the menu-limited selection, small portions, not the same Early Bird AT ALL. Extremely dissatisfied and we are hoping when we return in December it will have gone back to the way it was before 2017. If not, we won’t return again until management changes it back to what it was.
They have a very limited selection but dishes are large and very tasteful. The place is very cosy and staff were great.
