Very excitable and rude owners. Dealing with them has been a bad experience. There was a disagreement and the gentlemen owner swore in front of our children and made a dramatic fuss. Not very classy people.
Pretty bad customer service. Inflexible and slow to respond to messages through website. If there's another option, you should take it.

A nice boat ride across the bay with "the Best Bloody Mary's on Lake Michigan"! The boat boards earlier than expected for departure (it boards just after the check in time)-so be prepared to leave upon check-in!
Boats leave early or on time. They don't mess around. Been on over a dozen round trips to these islands. Lake can be very hazardous so they occasionally have to change or cancel service. For us that is part of the adventure. Boat often books up so advanced reservation are suggested.
